Your Rights (Australian Customers)

Our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • a refund or replacement for major issues

  • a repair or replacement if an item is not of acceptable quality

These rights apply in addition to our returns policy.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days, provided that:

  • the item is unworn and unused

  • all original packaging is included

  • the item is in resellable condition

How to return your order:

  1. Email support@mademodo.com with your order number

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Send your item using a tracked shipping method

  4. Share your tracking details with us

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by:

  • sending a replacement at no cost, or

  • providing a refund where required


Replacement Guarantee

If an item arrives damaged:

  • we will send a replacement at no cost

  • if the replacement also arrives damaged, you will receive a full refund


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or not delivered:

  • we will first send a replacement

  • if delivery cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued


Shipping & Returns

  • Returns must be approved before being sent

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • The return address will be provided after approval


Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • items that have been worn or used

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot always be guaranteed.


Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is not accepted or collected and is returned to us, we may deduct reasonable shipping and handling costs from your refund.


Customs & Import Fees

Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, depending on your location.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
