In these Terms and Conditions:
ACL means the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer / you means a person acquiring goods for personal, domestic, or household use.
Cooling-off period means the period during which you may exercise your right of withdrawal (if applicable).

return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

item must be returned within 14 days after approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Article 8 – Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after:

receiving the returned product, or

receiving proof of return shipment
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
Article 9 – Exclusions (Change of Mind)
Returns are not accepted for:

personalised or custom-made products

hygiene products once opened

items not suitable for return due to their nature
This does not affect your rights under the ACL.
Article 10 – Pricing
Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
We are not liable for typographical errors.
For international orders:

Article 11 – Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided.
